At the University of Chicago Office of Multicultural Student Affairs, we want students to have access to academic and cultural resources, but to also have opportunities independent of the classroom and student life. Mathematical Sciences Research Opportunity

Miami University in Oxford Ohio is hosting a mathematical sciences research institute this summer for undergraduate students. Students will learn about graduate school opportunities and funding, get connected with career opportunities in the mathematical sciences, improve technical writing skills, and prepare for the GRE.

The program is to be held June 7 - July 23, 2010. All participants receive travel, housing, meals, and a stipend of $3200.
