Northwestern University is offering summer research opportunities in the biological and physical sciences to students from groups underrepresented in the scientific community, including African-American, Hispanic, and American Indian students, as well as students with disabilities and first-generation college students.
The program consists mostly of research work, with lunch seminars on new medical technologies and practices. Students will receive a $3500 stipend in addition to travel reimbursements and free on-campus housing.
