Job Opportunity: Wrigley Field Ambassadors

Wrigley Field Ambassadors are a proactive, good will force that interacts with fans at Wrigley Field and in the community. As the liaisons between the fans and the front office, Ambassadors will exude openness, friendliness, helpfulness, and accessibility as they perform various duties of customer service and community outreach. Their charge is to create wonderful moments and memories for the fans with whom they interact--whether by phone, email, in person at a game, or in person in the community.

Qualifications:
* A charismatic personality exuding a positive attitude that demonstrates approachability and friendliness
* An ability to assimilate large amounts of information
* To be knowledgeable and helpful to fans
* Genuine desire to communicate and follow through with all fans inquiries
* A sense of compassion and empathy for our fans and people in our community
* Excellent writing and public speaking skills
* Ability to disseminate and communicate unique personal interactions
* An excellent work ethic
* Ability to thrive in a team setting
* Knowledge and passion of baseball
* Bilingual and biliterate skills in Spanish and Japanese, preferred not required
* Knowledge and competence with modern office practices, such as computers and telephone systems
* The ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Good judgment, empathy and good common sense in handling situations
