At the University of Chicago Office of Multicultural Student Affairs, we want students to have access to academic and cultural resources, but to also have opportunities independent of the classroom and student life. 2010-2011 Team Black Enterprise College Marketing Rep

Do you enjoy being in the public eye? Do you think you have what it takes to represent Black Enterprise? If the answer to these two questions is yes, then the 2010-2011 Team Black Enterprise College Marketing Rep program is for you! We’re seeking energetic, creative, and motivated undergraduates who have a passion for creating buzz.

The program is a year-long internship where you will serve as your college or university’s black enterprise representative, working to promote be and its sponsors to your fellow peers. This is a great opportunity to get your feet wet and break into the fast-paced world of marketing.

Duties of college marketing reps will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • posting flyers
  • hosting be display tables and events
  • administering surveys
  • distributing giveaways
  • spreading the word about black enterprise events, TV shows, magazine, etc.
  • selling discounted subscriptions
