Barclays Capital - 2010-2011 Diversity Programs

The Barclays Capital diversity campus recruiting programs aims to educate women, African Americans, Hispanic/Latino Americans, LGBT, Native Americans and students with disabilities interested in pursuing a career in financial services.

The programs are:
  1. Generation Next Sophomore Program: Candidates must graduate in 2013- Finance and
  2. Operations Boot Camp: Candidates must graduate in 2012 or 2013
  3. Investment Banking & Global Markets Boot Camp: Candidates must graduate in 2012 or 2013
  4. Inspiring Excellence Scholarship: Candidates must graduate in 2012 or 2013 and have a cumulative 3.4 GPA.
To apply:
  • Visit www.barcap.com/expectexcellence.
  • Select the "apply now" button in the upper right hand corner.
  • Select the third option "Diversity Programs."
  • Select the program(s) of your choice
  • Complete the respective application(s).
