At the University of Chicago Office of Multicultural Student Affairs, we want students to have access to academic and cultural resources, but to also have opportunities independent of the classroom and student life. Northwestern University Black Graduate Student Association Research Conference

The conference is April 16-17, 2010 and will feature , Dr. Mignon Moore, Department of Sociology at the University of California at Los Angeles.
The conference theme is "Intellectual Embraces: Developing Multidimensional Scholarship."

Registration is only $20 and includes a catered Welcome Reception on Friday, conference bag and gifts, meals on Saturday, a cocktail Closing Reception, 2 night hotel accommodations (for those who present their research) and a chance to win cash prizes and invaluable networking.
