Inclusive Excellence Postdoctoral Fellow

Santa Clara University seeks applications for 2 two-year teaching and research postdoctoral positions. Senior faculty mentor/s will work closely with the postdoctoral fellow to guide development of skills needed to be successful in teaching and research. The candidate will also contribute to the College Inclusive Excellence Initiative by sharing expertise in pedagogy and/or research with faculty and staff, mentoring students of diverse backgrounds, and supporting inclusive excellence programs on campus.

Qualifications
Areas of specialty include but are not limited to Anthropology, Art and Art History,Chemistry and Biochemistry, Communication, History, Liberal Studies and Psychology.
Ph.D. granted within three years of the start of the Post-doctoral fellowship; evidence of superior academic achievement; demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies in a collaborative and constructive way; and likelihood of using the diversity of human experience as a resource in teaching, scholarship, and/or service.

Rank and Salary
Postdoctoral Fellow, $45,500 plus benefits, relocation allowance, annual professional development funds and summer research stipend
