GEAR UP ACT Prep job Opportunity

A Rewarding Job Working with High School Students!

GEAR UP ACT Prep is an academic and social outreach initiative that pairs high achieving college students with high school juniors & seniors as they prepare for the standardized ACT test. As an “academic coach”, you will join a team of college students from Loyola, DePaul and the University of Chicago. Academic coaches will attend 15 Saturday morning study sessions to provide academic support and relationship building at the different high schools. The initial workshop is scheduled for 10/26 or 10/27.

Academic Coaches must be undergraduate or graduate students with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Payment is $10 p/hr. You do NOT have to be Federal Work Study or Education majors for this position.
