Constituent Services Director for Alderman-Elect Will Burns AB’95, AM’98


Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing constituent services, including feewaivers, permits, service request tracking
  • Case management and service intake
  • Planning of ward events
  • Conducting infrastructure surveys in the Ward
  • Attending CAPS meetings
  • Supervise interns
  • Staff Ward Night (Rotating)
