At the University of Chicago Office of Multicultural Student Affairs, we want students to have access to academic and cultural resources, but to also have opportunities independent of the classroom and student life. Thus, the following is a list of opportunities where students can go to search for funding, enrich their summers or find work after graduation.

Call for ISAB Applications!

The International Student Advisory Board (ISAB) is now accepting applications for the 2012-2013 school year!

ISAB is group of graduate and undergraduate international students from around the university whose mission is to improve the experience of international students on campus through communicating with administration about international student needs and concerns, facilitating discussion across cultures, developing student leadership, and creating projects that benefit the campus community.

ISAB meets monthly, except for December, throughout the academic year and operates through the Office of International Affairs.

The application process is competitive and seeks a board that is highly diverse and broadly representative of the University's international student body.  Application is open to current UChicago students in F-1 & J-1 status. Contact international-affairs@uchicago.edu if you have any questions.
