Looking for 4th year students and recent alumni for the position:
Full Time Law Clerks


This position is part of the Securities and Corporate Governance practice group within the Law and Regulation Department at Allstate Insurance Company. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone interested in gaining experience in the corporate world and/or thinking about going to law school. The Law Clerk is responsible for conducting basic legal research; assisting with licensing applications; assisting with the execution and closing of transactions.
