Summer Job in the new Mansueto Library

Position Title: Mansueto Loader
Classification: C5 Pay Rate: $11.15

Brief Summary of Duties:

  • Sorts and cleans material for ASR
  • Pulls Regenstein bookstacks and reading room material for ASR
  • Loads material into the ASR
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Some knowledge of the library
  • Some knowledge of Horizon preferred
  • Dependability, ability to work independently, and with minimum supervision
Physical Demands:
  • Handling large and oversized volumes, including grasping and turning printed volumes
  • Sitting and standing for extended periods of time
  • Working at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Pushing/pulling fully loaded booktrucks for short distances within the building
